WHY HAS MY COMPUTER SLOWED DOWN?
There are many things that can slow a computer down, and usually there is more than one culprit.

VIRUS:
Unfortunately there are many people in this world that spend most of there time figuring out how to hurt others. Computer viruses are made by just such people. Viruses can be just an aggravation, such as changing your internet home page or sending you to sites other than the one you request, to very dangerous viruses that can wipe out your hard drive, steal your identity, and sometimes even damage your hardware.
ADWARE, MALWARE, SPYWARE:
Malware is a name given to the whole group of irritating information-gathering programs companies hide on your hard drive to steal information. The track all of your habits; surfing habits, buying habits, email contacts, and often your passwords, banking and credit card logins. These nasty little devils are piggybacked on your emails and on URL's(websites) you access.
MEMORY:
The amount of memory(ram) you have installed in your computer is critical in allowing your computer to run at is max ability. If your operating system is XP or Vista require a minimum of 512-k of memory, and are happier with 756 to 1 GB. The more memory, the less program swapping the computer has to do each time you request something new.
REGISTRY CLUTTERED:
All programs, including many of your viruses and malware have to place entries in your registry. Unfortunately, these entries are not removed when the program is deleted, therefore your registry gets longer and longer. Eventually the clutter gets in the way of the legitimate programs and slows down the process of loading them.
HARD DRIVE CLOSE TO FULL:
Your operating system works with many different programs open at the same time by saving temp files of what you are doing. when your hard drive becomes to close to full, Windows has to keep deleting temp files before saving new ones. This causes a real slowdown. When you get that full, it is time to move to a larger hard drive. They are real affordable these days.
WHAT WE DO:
MEMORY: First, check your memory to make sure it is sufficient. If it's not, we ask your permission to order more memory and install it.
VIRUS REMOVAL: We scan your computer for viruses, remove the virus, and help you obtain permanent virus protection.
ADWARE, MALWARE, SPYWARE REMOVAL: We scan your computer for all malware and remove them. The we suggest that you subscribe to a malware removal program that catches them before they get saved to your system.
REGISTERY CLUTTER: We scan your registry and remove all entries that are not tied to an active program.
HARD DRIVE FULL: In this case, we point out this problem to you, and propose to order you a larger hard drive. We can move all your data over to the new drive and reinstall your programs as long as you have the CDs or Floppies available.
